Our Vision

We believe that all of our lives, communities, and cities are enriched when the people with whom we run reflect the deep diversity of the East Bay. We also believe that the life-shaping experience of setting and chasing big goals with a group of inspirational teammates should be equally accessible to all people, regardless of background or ability.

We envision an East Bay running community that is designed and cultivated with equity, collaboration, and representation at its heart, and is a model for clubs, leagues, and brands across the country.

Support us in our efforts to make club running and racing more equitable and accessible to all runners!

Runs for All

We offer multiple club runs per week to meet any schedule and most abilities. Come run with us any day of the week. Though you're welcome to join us anytime, the first Saturday of the month is our newcomers run, where you can meet us and see if we're a good fit for you. The easiest way to keep up with our quickly-expanding selection of runs is to follow us on Strava.

OTC is such a welcoming community that they will show up for your goals, no questions asked, and hype you up the whole way. When you surround yourself with a community like that, it invites you to fully show up for yourself and for your own goals.
I'm so grateful I finally decided to show up for myself by deciding to join OTC. I had known about the group for a while and always held off because I didn't think I was fast enough. But I've never felt more enough than I do as a runner with OTC.
